In Blogs And Sites, Imagine, Web Wise on March 20, 2007 by Sandeep Jain

As habitual, while surfing around the net, I came across this interesting web page developed by “Jonathen Yuen” in 2006. He describes three keywords “Curiosity”, “Creativity” and Opportunity. using his excellent graphical designing skills.

Jonathen is some sort of multi-disciplinary, graphical designer and is exploring his design at the said web page.

Some Random Talkings….

In Funny and Weird, Imagine, My Activities on April 19, 2006 by Sandeep Jain

Have a read at this weeks random talkings….

Thought of the Week
Bad habits are like comfortable bed….easy o get into, but hard to get out of.

This week Quickie

“Johny, do you say prayer before eating?”
“I don’t have to. My mom is real good cook!”

Quote of the Week

“The most exciting phrase to hear in the science, the one that heralds the discoveries, is not ‘Eureka!’ (I have foun it!), but ‘ That’s funny…’           —Isaac Asimov

Parents and Children

The first half of our lives are ruined by our parents, and the second half by our children.”

Just Wondering…

If knowledge is power, and power corrupts, and corruption is crime and crime doesn’t pay..Does knowledge in the end, leave you broke?
I am also wondering that when we know that the new virus is going to be introduced or say spread around the net on some what date, then why don’t we know that who is distributing this virus?

Answer me this…
If Groundnut Oil is made from Groundnut, Sesame oil is made from sesame, Coconut Oil is made from cocnut, then what is baby oil made from???

Another Seven Wonders of World

In Imagine, My Activities on April 17, 2006 by Sandeep Jain

I am again out of my promise, but this time it is not due to my laziness or no attention, but this time it was due to the power failure in our area, which lasted for almost 24 Hrs. It was the first time that there was no single new post on a particular day. But Now I am almost live to blog…..

So what will you answer when asked to name the Seven Wonders of the World, you will quickly list out the following……

  • Egypt’s Great Pyramids
  • Taj Mahal
  • Grand Canon
  • Panama Canal
  • Empire State Building
  • St. Peter’s Basilica
  • China’s Great Wall

and you will charmingly raise your hand and say that, I got all correct. But what will you answer if I asked you what are the real seven wonders of your life…..I asked this question to myself and tried to found the answer, My heart gave it’s list of Seven Wonders as…….

  • To See
  • To Hear
  • To Touch
  • To Taste
  • To Feel
  • To Laugh
  • And to Love.

I selected this list as the Seven Wonders of my life, because I consider that most precious things in the life cannot be built by hand or brought by man. First look at the above list will make you feel that this is simple and ordinary, but when you put them in your life, you will find that they are truly wondrous!

This were the seven wonders of my life. What’s about you? What are your Seven Wonders of the world? Ask your Heart About it.

Just one-liners…

In Funny and Weird, Imagine on April 15, 2006 by Sandeep Jain

Have a read to the smart collection of the dumb and funny lines, which would keep you amazed….

What I do?

  • My watch is three hour fast, and I can’t fix it. So I am going to move to New York.
  • Ever so often, I like to stick my head out of the window, look up, and smile for satellite picture.
  • I was once walking through the forest alone. A tree fell right in front of me – and I didn’t hear it.
  • You know how it is when you’re reading a book and falling asleep. You’re reading, reading …….And all of a sudden your ayes are closed? I’m like that all the time.
  • Lots of comedians have people they try to mimic on. I mimic my shadow.
  • I invented cordless extension cord.

What I have?

  • I have the world’s largest collection of seashells. I keep it on all the beeches of the world…perhaps you’ve seen it.
  • It’s a good thing we have gravity, or else when birds die they’d just stay right up there. Hunters would be all confused

Some Questions

  • You can’t have everything. Where would you put it?
  • What another word for “Thesaurus”?

All of this one liners, shows what amount of stupid statements can be made. If you have such a kind of one liners, then feel free to share.

Note: I have categorized them for better understanding, but the lines actually doens’t meant what I do. They are just imaginary and from various other sources.

Today, as I was in collage and busy with my project, I was unable to post something on usual time. Now I am back from the college and ready to say something.

Before, I start discussing about the title " Cup of Knowledge" let me take you back to your childhood, when you and your parents both went to the "Head Master" of the school, for your admission. At that time you were required to have a conversation with the master. right! Here I am going tell you about short conversation that took place between a child and the "Head Master" of the Blah, Blah School. The child was 15yrs Old with a sharp mind and was urging to get admission in the 10th Class. So he appeared before the "Master" to make conversation.

As soon as they sat down, the intelligent child started to impress his master, using his knowledge. There came in the hot tea for the young man, the master made an offer to the child for the tea, but the child was so absorbed with his own conversation, that he didn't replied. On the other hand the master started filling the cup of tea…….

All of sudden, he jumped up, reacting to the hot tea flooding over the table and dripping on to his legs. "Master" he shouted. "The cup is overflowing!"
But "Master" paid no attention and continued pouring the tea, spilling it on to the floor and then he replied, "So are you. Please come back when you are empty and in need of my teaching."

This story, gives a moral that keep your mind humble and open to new ideas. I asure you that doing this you will learn much more and continue to develop as human being.
Think of your brain as cup in the story. If you fill up with your ego, you will never get more knowledge into it.

An addition to all the above moral, I would like to also add one phrase said by Ray kroc, the founder of McDonald's…..

"When you are green, you will grow but when you ripen, you will rot and fall."

Note: The story is the enhancement of the para that I found in the back dated newspaper.

Will Google make way to it’s future?

In Funny and Weird, Geek-O-Mania, Imagine, My Activities, Web Wise on April 12, 2006 by Sandeep Jain

Before starting the discussion about the google's future, let make one thing clear, I am not any expert in the analysis of the google, nor I am any future predictor, who can tell what the google will be in the near future, I am just done to make some fun of the google, and express my small minds thought or say imagination on the google, the web search giant.

Google already have the bucket of services for the it's internet users to play with, every internet user will at least visit google.com, 10 times a day. I think I am saying a very little, we frequently and rapidly use Google services, even a child of 5-8 year knows what is Google and what is it's purpose. Here I collected all the people's saying on the future of the Google,

What the Image says?

Without giving much more explanation, I will just take you to the picture below, which will give you the idea of where will be Google in the near future. Just type “keys lost" and see what happens….

Wasn't that interesting! Hope Google comes with this kind of service in the near future. Thanks to slibe.com for this picture.

What the experts say?
On the first January of this month CNNMoney.com, published it's new article on net, heading "Imaging the feature of Google", where the author have discussed 3 to 4 scenario's describing the feature of Google. A short statement from that article………..

By 2020, They-Who-Were-Google had digitized and indexed every book, article, movie, TV show, and song ever created. By 2060, they could tell you the IP address and GPS location of every wireless smart chip (now bred into the DNA of every person, animal, and organic building on earth). Their psychographic profiles of users' search needs bore little resemblance to the primitive cookies from which they descended. If a man lost his dog, the Google engine could guide him back to the point where he and the dog parted ways, and instruct the dog to do the same via smart chip. They had built a complete database of human desire, accurate in any given moment.

So from now, just keep your eye to the year 2020, when there will be no need to remember any thing, if you lost any object, just key it in a Google search and get that object.
After reading the above statement, I just began to think of the data storage required for having a complete database of human desire. I just can't imagine about that, but the blogger jainanshul have put a post showing the future data storage of the Google. For all this data to store Google will require a huge disk space, anshul gives the picture for the data storage required by Google…..

Thanks to anshuljain for the image.

Till now, I talked about what the Google, will be in the future, with a very little explanation with the help of images and experts, but before expecting all this from the Google.com, the guys at Google have to work out hard to solve the bugs in the Google web search and put all it's services from beta to the released full versions. When talking of bugs, I remember the bug in the Google web search with international domains, that was found last week [I suppose]. I have covered a short article about this bug over here. And the next way when talking of beta's in the Google service, most of the services like Google analytics, writely, Google book search, Google Personalized home page, Search History( Personalized Search), and more….. It is dam sure that google will move all it's services out of the beta soon, but the question is when will it do so?
I have also heard that Google currently indexes only one third of it's web, so thinking of the future in the manner we discussed above (with some funny pictures), will be bit hard for the Google to achieve.
But who knows what's next? Google may achieve it, with it's way of releasing new service every morning, or may not achieve it due to it's beta services, small bugs, and bit of hatred as it was observed in the story of noluv4google.com.

Digg it!

Talking About Life

In Friends Corner, Imagine, My Activities on April 10, 2006 by Sandeep Jain

We are living a good life, a huge technological advancement have taken place, and provided a great lists of comforts. We as engineer, scientist or simple human being view the life as it is and experience it’s ups and down day after day, we never thought of what the poets around the world are thinking of the life. Here are my some favourite poems, thoughts and defination of life.

Defination of Life:
Life is a multi-faceted concept that may refer to the ongoing
process of which living things are a part or the period between
fertilisation or mitosis and death.

Actually to believe ther is no universal agreement on the defination of the life.

Thought:
“Life is a tragedy for those who feel, and a comedy for those who think.”

Poem:

A rich man burst into laughter,
And said, “Money is life”.
A poor man shivering with cold
Said, “Life is a struggle”.
In spring the bird sitting on a tree.
Said, “Life is a blooming flower”.
A soldier standing in a battle field with gun
Said, “Life is a battlefield”.
A sparrow flying freely in the sky twittered,
And said “freedom is life:.
But I say life is an Unsolved Mystery

My Friend Say on Life: “Live the Life Fully”

My Say on Life: “We don’t live the life on our acceptance, but we are made to live the life, since our birth, which makes life more interesting”

Alive=Dead ??

In Funny and Weird, Imagine on March 21, 2006 by Sandeep Jain

So, I thought of Dead and Living persons life status in mathematical terms. So if the person is fully alive then he is zero dead. i.e Alive Status=100 and Dead Status=0. So if we say that the person is half alive then the case would be Alive Status=50 and Dead Status=50.

i.e. Half Alive = Half Dead ….correct
i.e (1/2) Alive = (1/2) Dead

Therefore after cancelling Half’s on both the side’s….

Alive=Dead

Isn’t that fantastic.

So don’t think of your death, because if you say that you are alive then you do mean that you are dead…
